CLASSES

Fitness HQ has recently undergone significant development to introduce two state-of-the-art studio spaces that will host a fresh class timetable.

FHQ Gym membership is NOT a requirement to participate in classes or one-to-one sessions. However, membership includes access to use the Combat studio during times when no classes are scheduled.
